3D Modeller needed that's good at making model railway stuff

I need a 3d modeler who can make a train in ANY scale & gauge mix to make one engine. The engine being the Arlesdale Railway's Mike, whom only saw light in the Railway Series by the Rev. W Awdry . I posted an attachment on what the body should look like. The next attachment will have what I'd like his build to look like. The engine needs to be in O9, 7mm engines on 9mm gauge track . Also, I'd like it built with all detail and its chassis. The first image is for the face & detailing .
