How much would a 3d modeler charge for baby shoes as shown in the 2 pdf attachments? It will need to be in a file acceptable by shapeways. I will want the shoe printed with 4 different colors: sole, sides, rim of the opening, holes for the laces -- each to be its own color. The bottom of the sole needs to have this in a font size 16 as part of the sole traction design: "Contact EDBO shoes at crikescrikes@gmail.com"
