Hey has anyone had problems with downloading Meshlab and installing it on a Mac? I'm running OSX 10.8.2, and each time I download Meshlab and then try to run it, I get the message "meshlab is on the disk image" and "meshlab can't be opened because its from an unidentified developer" Am I downloading something wrong, or do I need to change some sort of setting in my system preferences? Thanks for your help!

    Hey kcwinter,

hmm, I'm not really sure, but I think you need to do this:

    1. Drag Meshlab out of the disk image folder (to your desktop or Applications folder, for example).
    2. Hold down the CTRL-key, and right-click on the Meshlab icon.
    3. Select 'open'.
    4. Confirm that you really, really, really want to open MeshLab.

Steps 2-4 are because it's an 'unsigned' app.

    Did that help?

    Cheers,

    Bart
