URGENT! Someone ordered a personalized co-creator model from my store, but the To Do List page no longer displays any information about the actual personalization. How am I supposed to fill the order if I don't know what they ordered? Please fix this ASAP. Clock is ticking on this order. We need some sort of order tracking ID to provide you in situations like these. We need access to ALL of the co-creator fields the customer filled out.
I was able to get in touch with the customer within the allotted co-creator time and ask him what personalization he wanted. It's good that you have the customer link in the to-do list. Problem solved this time.
