    "Could not be 3D printed"

When an item fails at the production stage, would it please be
possible to reject the whole Order?

Delivery is expensive for small items, and the rejection of just one
item on an Order makes the cost of the remains on the Order very
    expensive.

Rejecting the whole Order allows us to make simple changes, or
accept the total failure of the Order, which is a better option for the
customer than the loading of proportionally expensive delivery costs
on the remains of an Order..

An Order can always be re-built and re-submitted.

There is also the question of the failure not being caught before the
the fanfare of the Order successfully passing Stage !.

    Regards

    Stewart,

You can reply to the rejection email, requesting the order to be canceled. If parts are already produced and or shipped, you should be able to request a credit for shipping as well.

Every item is different. Even if you follow, or even exceed the guidelines, it is possible to create something that just doesn't print without breaking. So sometimes it gets to the printing stage before we find out it can't be produced and shipped to you in one piece.

    Thank you for responding/

The issue is not baulking at the rejection; and Credit
    has been given.

The "Cancel" tab is no longer available to kill an Order gone
    to Production

I have replied to the e-mail suggesting an increase in
quantities of another item on the Order - within the Credit
    amount.

The knock-on question was that some of the tests that default to
a failure at the production stage, could surely be applied at the stage
    before accepting the Order.

And order can not be edited, it can only be canceled and resubmitted. The only way to cancel an order is by emailing service at this time.

We are working to improve the rejection process.

You had the e-mail if the quantities could not be altered to cancel by default.
