I have now twice uploaded an earring file with two identical models of the same piece in the file. Each time Shapeways system is only showing ONE of the earrings and pricing everything accordingly. Bizarre. I have double checked the file in Netfabb and both models appear. I have notified Support but since it's the weekend I thought I might get some feedback here first.
