G-Shock watch case cover

I created a G-shock watch case cover. This was the first print and it was slightly off. I had to grind away some material to make it fit. The next print should be exact. It was printed in stainless steel.

Good work. It should be even nicer if polished.

I like this. Would be great in polished gold if you wanted to add bling to your Casio

AmLachDesigns, the Accuracy: ± 2mm depends on the size of the print, at that scale it would be microns not mm.

Fair enough - what are the various tolerances at various scales? And when will the materials sheet change to show this?

The printed length of the object was off by .25mm. Not very much but enough to prevent the part from fitting as I designed it to fit exactly. I want to make adjustments to the drawing and give it another go. Overall though it came out pretty well for a first test.
