I'm thinking of trying to model and ultimately print a figure who will be pose-able via ball joints, but I'm unsure of how thick/large I should make some of the elements. Therefore, I put to this community a question: What is the optimum ratio of Socket to Ball to Stem when it comes to size? I, like perhaps many others out there, wouldn't like to find out after printing that either the socket was too large/small for the ball, or that the stem was too thin/thick, restricting movement or outright snapping off.
