Hi, I was wondering, is it possible to make an iPhone 4S cover out of Alumide?

You could, however its probably not a good idea. Alumide is brittle and breaks easily - if not when putting the case on the phone, it will break if you drop the phone with the case.

It's possible, just remember that Alumide has a higher minimum thickness, and is less flexible than WSF. So if the case snaps on tight, it may break.
