the my models page started very promising but no additional filters were implemented recently.
if the system is designed properly it should be easy to add more filters.
I do miss additionally filters like:
- printed / not printed successfully
- available in / not in material
- no markup
- element of group / not element of group
- has / has not tag
any other shop owner having this need?

Yes for the first two, that you mention, anyway.
I think customers would like the material filter -- people often shop by price point, and since material choice drives pricing I bet people want to shop that way a lot.
