This may be hard to answer, but here goes.

If I make a 3D relief of a person's face (cameo). How small could I go and reasonably expect the face to be recognizable?

Thanks,
Charlie

Charlie,

Check out our materials page. It will depend on your material. Our highest detail material is FUD (listed as Frosted Detail Plastic), which has an accuracy of ±0.025-0.05mm for every 25.4mm
