This is a new one for me ..
Palmetto Brick Company Bridge Plates - 800ea in Frosted Ultra Detail
Reason: Can not be cleaned
Additional information: parts too small and delicate to remain on sprues.
Ok. I can increase the size of the sprues .. the materials design rules for FUD seem to change every time I look at them .. darn it.

Do you have a link to the item? From your description it looks like you have 800 items sprued together? The FUD cleaning process can be rough on the parts. Maybe reorienting them can fix the issue.
