I guess he got caught up in the Black Friday/Christmas rush, but after a panicked call to UPS to change the shipping away from my [closed-for-the-holidays] business address, he finally arrived today Very Happy

As good as I had hoped, if not better, in Satin Black ceramic.

Ha ha!

It's the British Lion Mark - applied to most shop bought eggs in the UK as a mark of quality and a guarantee against (amongst other things) Salmonella (yes I'm googling this... Rolling Eyes )

I left in shot for a dose of reality!

Unfortunately, no, he can't hold a spoon. The renders may suggest that, but the reality is that the glaze narrows what gap there is between his thumb and fingers.
