Is Shapeways working through Christmas and New year or are are you closed then ? I'm looking at putting in an order which I'll need early in new year and wondering if I need to allow extra days for it to be produced.

we're open. Some suppliers may run at a reduced capacity though, so some materials may be slightly delayed.

If i would order something at 26/27 December 2012 would it be possible that the order will be at the latest until 8 January 2013 in Hamburg / Germany?
