Aleysha Figurine 76 mm

    It was really difficult to get a good picture of this figurine that shows the full surface detail. I think I might need to spray it with some sort of paint to make the surface visible. If someone has a suggestion on what best to use on a tiny model like this I'd be grateful.

  2. Very nice job! As for paint I use matt white spray paint from your local DIY center. For a figure of that detail I would "dust" the figure i.e lightly spray the figure so the first coat looks like it's dusty. then wait for it to dry and repeat the process until you have a nice even finish. TIme is your best friend when spraying a figure...don't rush it and you'll be happy with the results.

    Ensure any wax residue has been removed for best paint adhesion and shake the bleep out of the can as it's new.

    Invicta_NC Hahaha thanks for the advice and kind words :) I will give it a try when my work load lessens and I have more time for Playing with Shapeways stuff again :)
