seems it will be unnecessarily expensive. and not accurate... do barrels have that much rifling?

My good friend, WALDO, who's filthy rich, ,
and would like to buy lots of these, is asking:
"Just a question on the shot glasses - do you know
that there's 1.5 ounces or 1 ounce per each glass?
Are the dimensions similar to a regular shot glass? ..."
http://shpws.me/hvbz
Now, the bounding box of the "shot glass" above is:
Cm: 10.0 w x 6.4 d x 7.0 h
Its Capacity Volume = 115335.64 cubic millimeters
WILL ANYONE ANSWER WALDO'S 3 QUESTIONS?
1. What is the capacity of the existing model, in fluid ounces?
2. What's the bounding boxes for the same "shot glass", but
with capacities of 1 ounce and 1.5 ounces?
3. What's the cost for the ceramics material, for 1 ounce
and 1.5 ounces capacities?
Thank you, all, very much

Someone involved in this must be a teacher of engineering.
1.5 ounces per a shot in the US. If you had the model, selecting the inner faces of the glass then closing the top and bottom would give the volume. Using the correct scale factor the glasses dimensions could be scaled, for a 1oz to a 1.5 oz. Slightly different sizes, for the different interior volumes.
As for the dimensions, he wants a funky modeled glass, as long as he gets the right amount of booze for each model, he should be happy, lololol.
Have any questions regarding Blender, and need fast answers, you are always welcome at the IRC Server Freenode, channel #blender. As a bonus, several there have experience in modelling for 3D prints.

ok...
it looks like it all depends where you are...
in the US-
1 cu. meter is = 33814.0227 fluid oz.
in the UK
1 cu. meter is = 35195.0797 fluid oz.
this is all per my handy dandy unit converter android app.
as to the volume of the glass that you got there i would manually estimate what you have there. assuming that the rifling is equal in both directions, the peaks and vallies are the same the you can average out the 2 distances for the radius of the cylinder. then it is a matter of geometry...
pi*r^2*h
and then use the conversion listed for your type.

i hadn't thought of that... but wouldn't it be easier to get the volume of the cup then fill the top and get the volume of the whole thing then subtract...

Dear Fredd,
It looks that the most important piece of data evaded you
Would you please read again my original message?
and take a good look of this picture:

I just checked up with Waldo
He thanks you all very much; but despite the fact that
he's filthy rich, he's not willing to part with any portion
of his fortune – for your consultation
