2nd model ordered, first 2 were fantastic.

so i've ordered my 3rd, but once i received it the model is distorted.
It appeared to be from the packaging.

Is white detail more prone to these issues then say SWF?

I'm about ready to order a much larger model (and thus more expensive piece) but i'm concerned it'll have similar issues.

Suggestions?

EFFalcon,

In principle White Detail should not distort like that.

Was the packaging broken? Does the model seem broken, bent?

We will give you a refund or re-print the part for you free of charge.

Email me the order number plus the link to the distorted model.

Hi Joris,
packaging was completely intact.
It just seemed like the plastic wrap was over the model too tight.

its definitely bent though.
will email.
