Eldar Plasma Grenade

Here's a little project I had fun doing. I modeled and painted it just for kicks.

Paint wise :

*) wraithbone : it's just several layers of dabbing different colors of dried paint with a scrub sponge over a brown base color;
*) metalics : just a base color and some inks;
*) jewels : sorry no shortcut there, you have to practice your freehands . I do usually find it easier to lay out the general forms and then build up the details.
