Hi
-i see price differences in € (in Germany)
example: the Spiral Cage
in the preview i can see the Price 5,94€
but if i click on it to see the full page then it costs 7,30€
if i add the 1,22€ handling cost its only 7,20€
can i see the profit of the artist who made this or is the handling fee more? or where comes this price difference from
is it planned so?
i have this by all objects...
Animaris Geneticus Parvus #7
preview 67,31€
real price 90,81€
this big difference cant be the handling fee...??
-and second
if i try to download the CSV in USD $ because if i change it in € it doesn't work right dont now why. if i take the € file and make a profit of 15% and upload it it will be only about 11%??? why
$ had worked well...
so if i try to download the CSV in USD $ i only get the € file..
and over all why is this CSV file needed? whuld be much easier if i can change the profit right in the Edit Model mode best with a % number or an real price..
and even nicer if i can set the % profit on all my models at once except the ones i set by hand..
thx

Hi!
To answer some of your questions:
The price difference you see are most likely prices excluding and including VAT (19%)
The price changing tool on the model edit page was always there
The url button seems to work fine for me, but it works best if you select the text which should form the link first and then click that button, like so
The website just had a huge update and you seem to have found a few bugs which where missed during extensive testing. (kudos )
Not sure what exact problem you are having with the markup CSV though?
There is an error on the page with the currency selection it seems, for me selecting "EUR" does, it just downloads the USD version.
Quick workaround via direct link:
Eurofile
Dollarfile
Not sure why you are seeing different number, can you provide an exact example? Might also be VAT? The csv file is without VAT.
I have reported the issues, so this should be fixed shortly, thanks for reporting!
Cheers,
Stijn

yes, more than 25 characters in the model title makes the title two lines and hides the 'save?' - this was reported to the right people yesterday
In the meantime a workaround for this is to edit the model and shorten the name, wait a few minutes for the change to become effective, change the position of the model in the shop inventory, then edit model and change the name back to the original.
