When a search is ran for "foxknife", it pulls up my projects, but when you click on my shop (either from the search page or a link from a project page) then I receive a "page not found" error page. I submitted an email from the contacts page, but have not received a reply.

And the difference is -
http://www.shapeways.com/shops/shapeways.com/foxknife/
http://www.shapeways.com/shops/youknowwho

(the extra 'shapeways.com/' and '/' before and after foxknife)

Perhaps an artifact of the latest update to Shapeways website?

The important question is how do we fix it?

http://www.shapeways.com/shops/foxknife/ doesn't appear to exist either.

Already noticed that, and tried without the extra bits, and as demackison said, didn't fix it. Already forwarding on to see what's going on.

Hi Fox

Did you by any chance make your Shop name
shapeways.com/foxknife? Rather than just "foxknife"

As that would explain it.

Either way, I've reported the bug and will see what the answer is soon!

Update:
This has been fixed.
