So I thinned out the walls of my part and the price went up.
Was 0.063", thinned to .047", material strong white.
What am I doing wrong?

Check the density of your model (listed together with the volume in "Edit" mode) - perhaps your changes dropped it below 10%, so that
the volume discount for bigger WSF models no longer applies...
