What's the space needed between gaps in interlocking pieces for it to be separate in the model? One of my models had a pretty small gap and actually fused together. I'm trying to make it near seamless so that it interlocks perfectly.

It;s defined in the materials pages for each material, under the Design Guidelines tab.

E.g. for wsf http://www.shapeways.com/materials/strong-flexible-design-gu idelines
