I have a part that I would like to get scanned/duplicated (it is less than 4"x4"x4") and then have it reproduced 10% larger. Any estimates on cost and turnaround time? PM me and let me know. Thank you.

Try 123D Catch.

If it works, just apply a scale factor of 1.1 on the model with netfabb Studio Basic.
