I emailed Shapeways customer service over the weekend and asked them to open a trace on the package with UPS, so far no reply . I ordered silver on Feb 28th, shipped March 18th. I really need these parts is there anyone who can help me? when you ship are the packages insured?
Where do we go from here? I needed these parts weeks ago. Are they shipped insured? I cant wait another month or more for them. Can you just rerun them asap so i can get my jobs done? Please let me know your policy on this. I'm sure everyone would like to know.
