Blender 2.61 crash instantly when i do boolean on 3 meshes , it is only good to attach a loop hole for pendant. So , any good free boolean -> union/ substract software out there?

Upgrade your Blender, the Boolean modifier becomes less buggy.
Also when you use Booleans make sure that your normals are correct first.

Grr error editing. I meant 2.66-1 and with all normal ok I get blender crash and so on with more than 3 meshes.

Are you saying that you are joining more than 2 meshes at a time? How do you do that?

Sorry doesn't tell me anything.
Are you saying you have one main mesh and you are using the Boolean Modifier to affect it with 3 other meshes?
