Hi!
What is the best type of paints (tempera, acrylic oil...) I should use to paint a White Detail object (it is a d100 die)?

I have done it quite successfully with acrylics.
Clean the item thoroughly to get rid of the waxy material that covered it during printing (warm water and detergent works, check out the forums for other recipes)
Give it a good undercoat of primer.
Note that white detail is translucent, so you may need several layers to cover it well, depending on which colour and effect you want.

Use the Forum Search in the upper right hand corner of the Forum screens.
For this, do not use the general Shapeways search field at the top - that searches the products in the Shapeways shops.
Search with words like "paint" "Detail" "clean" in hte Forum "Post Production Technique"
I hope this helps.
