Hi! My name's Elyne and I live in Winnipeg Manitoba. I'm a Fine Arts student at the University of Manitoba and I'll be graduating in May of this year. I've been focusing my last couple years on 3D modelling and animation and I hope to make a career out of it. I first learned to work in 3D with Maya but I've been using Blender for the most part because it's open source and easier to get help with. I guess I've reached an intermediate level of skill after about two years of messing around on my own with Blender. I've decided to check out Shapeways because I would like to see some of my virtual creations come to life.
Anything's possible.

Welcome, what kind of creations are you looking to print?

Well, I'm working on a project that features a ball jointed doll so that's something I'm looking to get done. I was drawn here by the ceramic printing option.
Anything's possible.

Ok, look around, we have some ball joint dolls around. I think there even some tips here on the forum. And the ceramics are great!
