I'm using Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421
Is there a certain browser to use to upload designs? The upload button on create and upload a file doesn't seem to do anything .

Try firefox, our see if clicking twice on the upload button (as suggested in the bug reporting & feedback forum)
works for you.
