Hello this is my Master Chief ring.
http://www.shapeways.com/model/877990/master-chief-ring.html ?li=my-models&key=f482750abbce864da6da3920a64133bc
I am curious if anyone can see anything that could be an issue when printed.
I would also like to know if this would be safe to sell, all modelling has been done by me using various reference images.
It is currently at 18mm ring size. which is fine for my personal use but if I was to sell this I would have to make additional sizes available, and quick ways to achieve that?
Anyway thought I might as well ask, I am not sure if anyone would really be interested in this, but i made it for myself as a personal project and thought id see if anyone else would be interested.

i dont know about issues with printing, but i can see several issues with the 3d mesh. you've got some nasty pinching in a few spots. might well be that those will give problems when printing.

The slats in the red box below look a bit thin, but otherwise I'd say its good to go.

You can use NetFabb Basic to check the measurements.
As for the legalities of the model, best people to ask are Bungie themselves - lots of game studios have dedicated forums with a fair amount of fan art, I'd imagine they'd be receptive to your ring.
