Hi everyone!
In this topic, feel free to share any specific issues you're facing with the website, your shops, your models, or your overall experience. This is the place to help us hunt down bugs so we can squash them together!! If applicable, please provide us with your operating system and browser info, so we can determine if it's a compatibility issue. And it never hurts to show a screenshot of the issue, including the address bar. You can edit out any information you don't want to share, just show us what is not how it should be.
To share your ideas on how to improve the overall site experience or request certain features, please go to feedback.shapeways.com to make your voice heard.
For issues with specific orders or uploads, please email service@shapeways.com.
Thank you!

What is the point of the feedback system if the points I voted towards particular topics (print direction, customer communication, pricing fix) all get returned to me and the fixes rejected. While I appreciate that Shapeways has to make the call on what can and cannot be fixed, isn't the point of USER feedback to find out what USERS want? Wouldn't it make sense for those votes to remain until the issue is solved, even if Shapeways doesn't deem the issue high enough priority to fix?

Looking at the feedback, it looks like print orientation and customer communication are listed as declined, but Bart wrote on both that these have been added to the todo list. They will be done, just not in the next 2-3 months. Other things have to be done first. I don't know if I'm looking at the right "pricing fix" items, but I don't see a declined one of them. He declined them so you can vote up other things that are important to you. We see and know how important print orientation and communication are to the community. So take your votes and tell us what else is important to you!

They should have been closed with some other term. There must some kind of "accepted and your votes back" resolution, not current "rejected and your votes back, but in reality we meant accepted even if it says declined".
Darn, if uservoice is so moronic, close it as fixed and then note down the fixed is a work in pogress fix. Still a "it says ... but we mean ..." but a lot more positive image.

Just to update everyone. I added a few lines to Carine's post. When reporting a bug, sometimes it helps us to know what OS and browser you are running as some issues can be proprietary to certain setups. Also a screenshot can also be helpful to let us know what exactly you are seeing that isn't right.
