Hi, UK customer here... just put in an order for what is really a sample to judge the print quality against some other companies...
I noticed that you state a 19% VAT on the invoice/cart?
Exactly what VAT is that and why is it being charged?

Hello Anbar,
As the UK is part of the EU we have to charge you 19% VAT. That is value added tax, that we have to remit to the Dutch tax authority.
Basically it means that anybody who orders from a EU country has to pay VAT.
