When I download the shop csv file so that I can update the csv file, it downloads as a windows exe.csv file and when I open that file with my Mac excel 2008. it all opens in one column. What do I do? Why does it not download as an excel document as it has in the past? The resulting file is attached

I assume these options are available in the Mac Excel:
select "Data" on the menu
select "Text to Columns"
select "Delimited"
select "Comma"
select "Finish"
