I received my sample kit a few days ago (9-13) from and though it's great to get hands on with the samples I was disappointed to see that my $25 coupon expires on 9-30. That only gave me 17 days to use it (15 days now.) I know that coupons expire but I was hoping for more time as I'm still learning how to use this service.
So my question is who do I ask to see if I can get a new coupon issued? or am I stuck with having to use it in the next two weeks? Any and all help is appreciated.

I do not think it is meant to expire that fast. I think Shapeways just has a stock of the sample kits and yours was a little old, so the coupon that came with it was already a long way towards expiring.
I think if you send customer service and email they'll extend the coupon for you.
