I wanted to know a rough estimate how much would it cost to 3d an entire war machine suit, scaled to my body measurements?

More then you can afford I am afraid
Think a number closer to 10,000 then 1,000.
It could even be more then that.
Your safest bet is to buy it from someone who sells those suits.
Even in Iron man 2 they didn't have a full body suit.

I believe the suits are made from vacuum molded plastic and other house hold materials. If your at school or college, you could see if your woodworking/hardware department has a plastic vacuum molder, and ask/pay to use it. Other than that it's card and crafting to make one of THESE:
