I uploaded some designs to my account, but I had a question! When I uploaded my design at ponoko I got all sorts of notices which said that my designs had some short comings (non holes, walls, etc.). When uploading my design at shapeways.. this didnt happen . Which ofcourse is great, but does this means that my design is still full of errors just not checked.... OR does Shapeways automatically check and adjust my designs, so it works properly>??
The shapeways software automatically gives your file a once over checking for any errors and fixes the ones it can. If it is too erroneous, then you'll get an error email. You'll also want to check your 3D render to see if there were any errors with your fixed file.The Mad Moder
