It is a pushpin, I already have the whole pushpin done for you I just need the extra things done to it.

I would like to have a detachable head with another 'metal' portion coming out of the body, so the head would have a hollow entrance to allow for locking the head back onto the thumbtack.
So you can take the top off the thumbtack and stick it back on
