| Suggestions for paint or whatever to fill in text engraved in white detail ? [message #52305] Mon, 06 August 2012 00:03 UTC |

If I have a white detail model with some millimeter or sub-millimeter scale (width and depth of the lines) text or other markings engraved in its surface, what'd be the best way to get something black into those grooves to pick them out ? Something permanent and waterproof.
I'm interested in the case of white text on black detail too.
Thanks for any tips

Most standard paints or pastes should work for "Detail" materials. As it is covered in some kind of waxy substance, it is recommended to thoroughly wash it in warm water and detergent before applying paint, as variously discussed in these forums.
