Hi,

I've noticed a pictures of an old wistle a few weeks ago and found a whole universe while doing some research about it! Smile
There were absolutely awesome whistles made in the 1800s.
I've tried to catch the spirit of this antique precious and made a few new. They are working very well and the sound is incredible loud. I'll certainly make some more.

Rabbit Whistle
Classic Whistle

The rabbit whistle has an inscription which is similiar to the one used in the movie "The Shaggy Dog" (1959) ... but this one turns you into a rabbit and not into a dog. Wink

Right now, I'm kind of a whistle addict and I've already bought some old whistles via ebay. Smile

Great decorative piece and as an "emergency" whistle it would be ideal, but I would hate to put that stainless steel to my lips repetitively, i.e. used in sports.

Nice niche, though. Well done.
