dig the spirals, but I'd be a bit concerned about the legs holding the cup weight pre firing... I had this printed fine http://www.shapeways.com/model/259920/cupo-3.html with 3mm thick by 5mm wide legs at the skinniest point.

They are 3mm at the thinnest.

I just ordered my first test print from this series. (see link below).
I'll post the results when/if they'll print it as such.
