I moved this to work in progress. The feature this section is for items that are proven printable. So once you have it printed, feel free to post it in the Feature This section.

Just to add to Mike's comment;
Enable only the materials that you know will work for the print - different materials have different levels of detail as well as different tolerances on wall thickness and model dimensions.
Take photos of the printed item.
Post the images in the 'It Arrived' sub-forum and add a write-up.
Make a vid & put it on YouTube, Facebork, Twitter etc
Then go for 'Feature This' and your real life 3D printed realisation of your 3D model might, just might get featured in the Friday Finds blog entry, as a blog entry on its own or promoted by Shapeways to the likes of BoinBoing or Redit.
And if your model doesn't get featured, don't get downhearted, because you do have talent, your angel wings are awesome
