Which sizes should i model my parts to get a 'grip' as in my attached image? I need to be able to attach a small FUD part to the strong and flexible 1mm beam, and the FUD part should be attached so it can be moved up and down the beam but don't fall of if left hanging. I hope it makes sense 
should both parts be sized at 1mm? beam and internal gap?
