Hey guys,

Has anybody gotten this error before? I'm sending a model (zipped x3d file) following the API demo.. but instead of returning a model ID I keep getting string(27) "Error Fetching http headers".

What does this mean? Any idea how I can fix it?

Thanks!

and it seems that something arrives but the data is corrupted,

We're sorry, but there was a problem with processing your product called '5 x STLGEN - 83690155'. It didn't pass all the checks that we run to make sure a design is printable. Here's the error message:

Invalid input file format
If you're stuck you can send an email to service@shapeways.com with the file attached to the email and the error message, that way we can take a look at the file and help you solve your problem.
