I think that having a feature that shows when a particular model in a set order has been finished printing with a photo of it maybe set on a table with a measurement grid to illustrate how it looks before it is shipped would be nice. This would give users a chance to establish that the product is roughly to the scale they anticipated when they ordered it as well as to simply enjoy the anticipation of seeing the product asap. Anyway its just a thought. I didn't know where else to post it. As a web designer I find all sorts of little ways to improve user experience. This is just one. I have many more for SW's alone.

Make sure that you enter your suggestions on http://feedback.shapeways.com - it's not just for problem logging.
That way, other users can vote on it, Shapeways can gauge the popularity of a request, and hopefully get it into the pipeline.
