I have just recently recived two complaints from customers that their FUD parts were distorted, soft and tacky.
Is Shapeways experienceing problems with their FUD material curing properly?

Tim,
You'll want to inform your customers to contact service@shapeways.com about their issues. That way they can get a new print sent out, and document the quality concerns.
