I came to the feedback page by clicking "Feedback" at the homepage, and the feedback page is not shown correctly. I have taken a screenshot and attached here.
At this page, I can't search, vote or creat idea, there is even no place to sign in.

Hit refresh.. I'm not sure all the CSS loaded for that page.
If that doesn't work.. make sure you're not in "compatibility mode".
What Browser (and version) are you using?

I use Chrome and Firefox. I cleared all the cookies and refresh several times, it still not work.
Occasionally, it works after clearing the cookies, but most of the time, it doesn't work.
What's more, on this page I was told that I have used up all my votes. Back then it was my first time visiting this page, so how did "used up" come ?
