I have a model made in Sketchup that I converted to WRL with Meshlab using aeron203's tutorial. When opening the converted file in Meshlab, everything looks fine, but after uploading to Shapeways, the textures are all messed up. Any ideas?

It looks like the issue is overlapping meshes. If the parts are seperate solids and sitting on top of each other the software will delete faces causing UV map issues.

Thanks, I did make it a single solid mesh before exporting from Sketchup, so don't think that's the problem. I also just tried exploding everything before exporting from Sketchup - the model still looks great in Meshlab, but not on Shapeways.

Any other ideas?

I exported from Sketchup as OBJ, then converted to WRL with Meshlab, and that did the trick. There was something about the DAE export that Shapeways didn't like.
