Hi

I noticed you get an error when you try to order a co-creater template. For example when you buy a ring, you select the size and click proceed, but you will get the following error:

Whoops! Something went wrong trying to base your model on the template!
Please try again and if this error persists, please contact us.
We got the following error: failed copy

I got this on my own rings, but also some others.
Did anyone else experience this?
Is this part of the remaining technical issues?
