Hi,
We'll need a thickness as well for a 3D model. How thick do you want the leaf and do you want it rounded at the edges at all?

Hi it won't be sharp because of the 3mm wall thickness of printed steel, you could file the edge down, alternatively, use WSF, the sharpest the edge can be printed is 0.2mm which is enough to cut dough?
