I'm 3D jewelry designer. and I want to learn more about 3D prototyping. is that possible to sell my 3D file in shapeways?

It's not possible to sell the file, you can give it away for free though. Or you can sell the 3D print with your own mark up on it.

Looking at your file, you would have trouble printing this in metal. Here you can fine all the materials and the rules for printing in each http://www.shapeways.com/materials/
