Better go check the USPTO, here's the link direct to the right page confirming what I linked to earlier;

You turn out some amazing models Dizingof and I would hate to see you fall foul of trademark infringement... just watching your back as it were.

Shame it was protected, it's an awesome name that fits your design perfectly... perhaps contact the company for some kind of shared licensing, your design along with their established brand?
My wife seems to have a thesaurus and dictonary lodeged in her head, I'll bounce the idea off her and run for it see what happens

While I'm grave digging posts, merely being a registered trademark doesn't mean that you can't use it. You'd want a lawyer for it (probably more trouble that it's worth unless you really want to make a business out of it) but since those are two completely separate industries, the likelihood of confusion is very low. Therefore, you have a great case to be able to use it for the phone case. Not saying it'll work, just saying don't necessarily give up hope.

erm... don't know what part of the world you are in but if a trademark is registered as a logo 'with the likeness in lettering', then the trademark is protected.
I have been through a legal process whereby a company tried to claim a domain name from me, they failed as I had registered the domain name some years before they registered the trademark. My argument of attempted 'reverse hijacking' of my domain name was upheld due to the timing.

That's a shame, this is the only bumper case I've found that I actually like.
